We have three different fulfillment centers in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and China. After your order is complete, it takes us 1-2 business days to process your order and get it ready for the shipping center. If there is a lack of inventory from your nearest location, we will ship your order from our main fulfillment center in China where we stock a large quantity and style of the products. 

We use YunExpress, China Post, USPS, UPS or Fedex to ship our order based on your location and available inventory.

Due to very high demand and order volume, orders can take up to 15 days to be delivered.

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 business days of ordering. In peak periods please allow for up to 4 business days for dispatch.


You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been processed, this will take 1-2 days.

COVID-19 Updates

Please expect 2-4 weeks of delivery (Due to the COVID-19 situation) although we ship your order and provide the tracking number within 1 to 2 days, it is the shipping carriers and the government who will decide when to deliver your order.

Wrong address

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided a wrong shipping address.

Lost or stolen package

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier.
