Complete Toning System

Thighs: Bend your knees at 45-degrees with your feet flat on the floor and shoulder width apart. Place the thigh toner between your inner thighs; hinge pointing frontward, Squeeze thighs together and release.

Biceps: Grip the comfort grip foam coated handles and use your hands to push inward with the V shape pushing outward to tone your arms and chest. Push the handles together while allowing your elbows to move out toward your sides
